Our Retreat accommodations are designed specifically for cats.
The Townhouse offers multiple layers to explore. The glass fronts not only allow plenty of light and viewing, but ensure that your pet has a quiet experience. Each unit has a unique ventilation system, individual litter box and bed. We are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for your pet. Our exclusive sanitizing procedures include the use of a UV light done after every occupant.
Each area of our facility is monitored 24/7 with the use of internally monitored CCTV cameras.
We love all of our PURR friends but cannot accommodate boarding for intact males over 6 months old.
Current vaccination paperwork is required to ensure a safe environment for all of our Retreat visitors.

Our townhouses are intended for the felines that need less space and activity but want to watch the activity.
Measuring 7’7” in height, each townhouse offers plenty of space for up to two cats to relax comfortably, yet be able to find personal space. It is also an excellent choice for the single kitty to stretch out.

Our Suites are designed for those felines that would prefer more room to explore or for cat families.
The four suites are spacious, comfortable, and provide a perfect environment for relaxation or play depending on your cat's needs. Each room features unique furniture and climbing structures designed to enhance your cat's natural instincts. Whether they prefer lounging or exploring, each space is tailored to maximize their preferences.
All suites will include an extra large box with clumping litter for every two cats, water fountain with filtered water, soft bedding and daily elimination checks. We also offer a variety of additional amenities to add to you cat's Retreat Stay. These include grooming services, interactive play sessions, and even custom dietary plans to cater to specific needs.
Each Suite comes equipped with CCTV Cameras and access to the circuit can be added to your cat's stay for an additional level of security and peace of mind. Setup fee is $25 and access will be $2/day. Please inform us in advance if you would like to include this service in your booking.

We ask that you provide the type of food your cat is accustomed to eating to prevent an upset stomach.
If your pet does not have their own food provided, we offer Lifestages food at an additional charge.

Medication
All medications must be in the original prescription packaging from the prescriber and include the administration instructions. Charges are in addition to regular overnight Retreat prices. Non-prescription medications and supplements must be in the original packaging.

Sanitation
At PURRology SPaw & Retreat, we take the health and wellness of our guests very seriously. Each accommodation and all items used are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized using a variety of products and methods. This is a standard procedure done between all of our guests to minimize contamination possibilities and to make sure that every accommodation is in PURR-fect condition for the next visitor. Therefore, a one-time cleaning fee will be added to each Retreat Stay: Townhouse $20; Small Animal $20; Suites $50.
