FAQS
Cat Boarding
How long can my cat’s stay be?
We provide day, overnight, and extended stay boarding for your feline friends. Your cat can enjoy a quiet place with us for just a couple of hours, for the weekend, or even a month-long stay.
Will my cat stay with other cats?
You can choose whether you would like your cat to stay on its own or be in a space with their own fur family. We have spacious condominiums for single occupancy cats and townhouses for cat families or any kitty who would like more room to explore.
What kind of space will my cat be staying in?
Both of our spaces' accommodations offer plenty of room for your cat to relax and explore comfortably. Each unit has a unique ventilation system, glass doors, litterbox, and small bed to ensure that they have an enjoyable stay with us.
What is included in a stay at the retreat?
Every furry friend receives soft bedding, food, water, and daily elimination checks. Food and water will be monitored throughout the day. We can also administer any medications your cat may need while staying with us. Other retreat add-ons are also available.
What other pets do you board?
While PURRology was designed for felines, we are pleased to offer boarding accommodations for other small companions. Bring your rabbits and guinea pigs by for a stay with us!

Cat Grooming
What kind of cats do you provide grooming for?
All grooming options are tailored to your cat. We consider your cat's breed, coat type, age, condition, temperament, and owner’s preferences when determining what is suitable for your cat. Your pet's comfort and tolerance are always our priority.
How do you provide grooming services for cats?
We want to provide the highest quality groom while ensuring that your cat is comfortable and safe. Our equipment and processes are state of the art and specifically designed to make grooming enjoyable for cats. Our calming approach and bathing techniques ensure that your cat's experience is relaxing and enjoyable.
Will it hurt my cat to be groomed?
A healthy coat and skin are maintained when a cat comes in for grooming regularly. Cats that have not experienced regular grooming are more prone to matting, skin conditions, painful ingrown nails, and other harmful health conditions. In the long run, it will hurt your cat more if they are not groomed regularly.
How often will my cat need to come in for grooming?
We recommend receiving our complete service every 4-6 weeks, depending on your cat's needs. We offer a Monthly Maintenance Grooming Package to those pets who have received grooming services from us in the last 6 weeks.
Do you also groom dogs and other pets?
PURRology is a dog-free facility, but we service other small companions such as rabbits and guinea pigs. Our sister salon, FURology Pet SPaw, caters to dogs and is conveniently located in our business complex.
